I've been with Culligan over 10 years. The same equipment has been installed for the duration of our contract. Maintenance is suppose to done on a yearly basis. Not once has the company reached out. I had to initiate all maintenance. This year I've decided that I would buy it out. When I enquired about the process , I was told that (after spending a considerable amount of money over 10 years) that the buy out was still hundreds of dollars ( over 1200). I gave my 30 days notice and I will find another company to deal with. Update: I have been in contact with office in Brockville and they have made every effort to resolve the issue. I've adjusted the score to reflect this.
